How do the members of a group each view the group calendar?

Once a group is created, the creator can see the comparison view of all the calendars. Is there a way that the members of that group will automatically see the group calendar or does each member have to create their own group calendar?

If you go into the Calendar section and select the Edit option for that calendar and then change the permissions for that calendar people should be able to subscribe to it.
