Format of logout redirection

As stated in sp4, if I want to redirect the logout to anonymous desktop, let's say my Default_Domain="iplanet.com", the whole format should be

"A HREF="/logout?goto=/login/Anonymous? domain=iplanet.com"

However,the page cannot be displayed. May I know whether there is any problem with the substitution? Thank you."
