ipsadmin to Add Provider

Can some detail the steps I need to take to install a Porvider in the portal if I only have the ipsadmin command (i.e. no Admin Console). If for example, I want to install the QuotationProvider, what would be the ipsadmin commands I would need to issue.

If this is somewhere in some Documentation, just point me to it.
