synchronising sessions

Hi,Can sessions managed in iPS and iAS be synchronized? I mean, Can I have my iAS residing in the intranet environment and iPS accessing the session of iAS and both the session be synchronised? Thanks and Regards.ShivaRam.

The current release of portal (portal 3.0) does not have integration with iAS, what it means is that portal has its own session manager and session api. The next release ( iPS 6.0) will have tight integration with iAS.
