NetFile broken on SP3?
Has anyone tested Netfile successfully with SP3 (or SP3+HP1) and IE?
We're running SP3+HP1 through tests and just now found that NetFile crashes
under IE 5.5 and 6.0. The Netfile launcher window displays, but the Netfile
GUI does not. The test gateway is using a self-signed cert for now.
Get this error in the Java Console:
URL codebase is ...https://gateway_server/https://portal_server/netfile/
java.lang.NullPointerException

at java/lang/Thread.run
Netfile under SP2 works fine.
NetFile Lite under SP2 and SP3 also works fine, but since there doesn't
appear to be any way to specify a hidden share (e.g. my NT home drive), it
is of little use.
I'll log this with iPlanet tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing if this is a known problem,

Have never seen this problem reported with sp3 hp1 yet ..
Does it crash for other browsers too ?
