ipshttpd and cookies

I can use applikations like the JIVE forum with Portal server gateway, even

when cookies are used for authentication.

But not when I'm activating the "ipshttpd"-proxy.

The cookies then looks different:

without ipshttpd (works):

jive.user.lastvisited=null|fthw002x.fthw.siemens.de|/jive/iplanet

with ipshttpd (don't work):

jive.user.lastvisited=null|fthw002x.fthw.siemens.de|/fthw002x.fthw.siemens.de:8 080/jive|iplanet

There some more cookies, but you can see the picture.

Something I can configure?

A known bug?

A workaround available?

Can I turn off ipshttpd for some configurable sites?

Thanks, Juergen

Try a the below configurations and see if it works ..

1.) non portal cookie management in gateway.

2.) make sure your domain is present in the cookie domain list in server management.

There were some bugs in the way cookies were rewritten for ipshttpd.

It is not possible to turn of ipshttpd for specific sites.

There might have been some hot patches available for this on top of sp3.
