Fix channel

Hi;Does anybody know how to create a fix channel on the deskop that can notbe removed by the user?thanks !
In the console, choose the domain you are working on. Then, under theProfiles heading, choose Policy. In there you will see all the options foreach channel (editable, removable, etc.).Matt
