Calendar/Messanger Integration with Portal

iPlanet does offer a course on portal server customization. Module 8-lab 1

goes into detail on how to implement this for the calendar and messaging

servers. Basically it requires defining user profiles and attribute mappings

in the profile server, writing a SSO servlet using java and xml, and

installing it on the portal server as a new channel. The details are too

lengthy to go into (about 10 pages of text with 4 pages of java code). I

suggest that you see if there is a class that you can slip into or borrow

someones notes that has attended the class.
