Has anyone had trouble with portal running in open mode and trying to use
customized login pages for multiple domains?
These files worked on sp1, but now on a different box with sp2 they display
once out of ten times. Other wise it displays the default templates.
has anyone got any Ideas? or tylenol....

I am having a similar problem. I am trying to deploy a portal with multiple
domains under an open portal mode. Everything seems to be OK until a user
try to customize his desktop, I mean, select a different desktop layout or a
different content, then, when he/she clicks submit, the URL you he gets
includes the server name and not the domain name, so he gets an error
because the machine name is not public in the DNS.
Any clue or idea?
