aliases file already created, but doesn't make a difference

I have created my aliases file in server5/msg-hostname/imta/config, and executed imsimta dyrsinc -F, but my aliases doesn't seem to work.Is there anything extra I need to do?

Try doing "imsimta refresh". This will recompile your config (and aliases) file into the config_data file. The config.data file is then loaded into a shared memory segment. The refresh will also restart several processes. These instructions are for Solaris 8 on Sparc. Other platforms, check your docs.
