NMS ver 4.12 webmail error.

Hi!There is a problem with our webmail. When user want to replay a message he/she gets a error message. When I check the http logfile I se the message: "Network Warning: saveSmtp: RCPT TO: To: failed"Does anybody know what is the problem?Thanks!Hamid

what error message user get, can he log to webmail after the error message.
