Can a user's PAB be accessed other than through Messenger Express?

If a user switches between Messenger Express and Communicator, is there a way to use or export the PAB entries they have stored?

Users PABs are just LDAP entries under o=PAB. Export to LDIF and go from there. I'm not aware of anything currently to do this for you, but if you know the format Communicator uses then a quick perl script could take the LDIF and put the data in Communicator format.
