What does the process ressh in Netscape Messaging Server 4.15 ?

I changed the smtp port and when I restarted all processes ressh do not want to start ? I know it's a bug fixed in 4.15 patch 7 but do I really need it ?

I also have one problem, I've 4.15 with Patch 6, now my smtpd is consuming almost all CPU and RAM in the system. I've searched on the net and found that I need to upgrade my patch to 7, but I'm not able to find the same. Can u please tell me the url from where I can download the same for digital unix 4.0f.
