URGENT:Received Error in installation of Messaging Server

Greetings!!!

I've already installed my Directory Server alone in SERVER1 (no problem for this one). And I've been installing the Messaging Server in my SERVER2.

I cannot completed the installation for the SERVER2, eventhough I've choose the components (1,3,4) to be installed. After configuring all the neccessary details, extracting the installation, I'm always receiving an error after the message of "Setting up Administration Server Instance..." with "ERROR:cannot create server instance (155:Unknown error)" and "ERROR:Failure installing Netscape Administration Server....".

What could be the solution for my problem? Hope can anyone assist and help me.....
