"process (ns-proxy) is critical"

Configured Netscape Proxy Server 3.52 as reverse proxy controlling webmail. Currently experiencing problems with the ns-proxy process which appears to "stop" (not hang) leaving all child processes defunct. Users cannot connect or continue a current session.

Hello

You provide very little information on this problem.

There should be something in your log files. Also, check for core files made by proxy.

BTW, do you really need a reverse proxy? Why don't you install webmail in your DMZ and route all your accesses via that machine?
