getting rid of "iplanet Messaging Server 5.1 (built May 7 2001)" banners in email headers

using iMS5.1, i see in the headers of each mail :

question, how can i get rid of the "iPlanet Messaging Server 5.1 (built May 7 2001)" banner

Doing so is not a recommended idea. Many MTA's out on the internet use information in the banner to make certain decisions. Why do you want to strip it out?
