Webmail only shows 3000 messages/folder?

We're running NSMS 4.15p7 on WinNTAS. A number of people use the webmail interface as they travel. Yesterday I had a user open up a helpdesk ticket as he had stopped getting mail December 24th. Checked his mailbox and there are over 4000 messages in it. Saved/then changed his password and looked at it myself. The folder view in webmail shows the 4200 messages in the inbox. Opening the inbox only gives you the first 3000. You can't select any more.

Any ideas on a fix other than rearranging mail for the user?

This problem doesn't appear on my iPlanet v5.1 test system.

Set <b>mePageSize</b> in main.js to increase the count variable. You should be able to set this up to 10,000.This isn't a problem in IMS.
