How can I incorporate listserv capibilities in IMS 5.1

I'de like to have managed distribution lists that can be managed by delegated users. For example all faculty have a distribution list called "faculty". I'de like to be able to delegate an invidual member of that group to add or remove users.

Yes, you can do some of this via the iDA interface. With this you can delegate responsibilities of the list to other individuals in the same domain.
