Unfortunately this functionality is not there yet I believe. I know of some sites who have done it with the help of Professional Services.
I believe what they did was modified the webmail files on a per domain basis and made the address interface in webmail on;y search in the appropriate branch of the directory for that domain.
Sorry I don't have more specifics.
