nms 4.12 Server Upgrade/replace to nms 4.16

The existing version my nms is 4.12 which running on Ultra 2. I wish to replace it with one Ultra 2 (for ldap and smtp running) and one Ultra 280R. (for imap4, pop3, webmail and mailstore running) However, the existing ldap and mailstore is on the same machine. I know how to upgrade the LDAP server but how to move the mailstore from machine to another safely.

Use the moveuser utility documented here: http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/messaging/nms41/ag/cmdline.htm#1010664It's designed to do exactly what you want.
