Does it give any sort of error message? And what service are they trying to log into?

Apparently no expected services, HTTP, POP or SMTP.
What that means is, I can not log into to Messenger Express (HTTP) or get a MS Outlook account to work with any test user account. Just keeps asking for Password.
Admin Server and services seem O.K., no errors editing the accounts, they just don't work.
