looking for ExternalConnection library

Hello,

I'm interested to understand if it's possible to manage Forte'

with an external tool (OpenView for example) through SNMP or CMIP

protocols, I read the presentation of Geoff Puterbaugh at the FORUM

(8/5/96) and he told this can be done through the ExternalConnection

framework but I cannot find it in my manuals and framework classes.

How can I get it?

Thank you in advance

They are there in your version of Framework at least since

Version 2.0.E1 and 2.0.E2. I've seen it. However, that does not necessary help you

understand how to make use of this class since I've also inquired and not

seen any documentation yet on this class. I'd again make a request with Forte

support to see if they can get an early version of the documentation for this class.
