Hi, I have a Sun E450 consists of 4 cpu and i have configure one KXS for that server. How do i know which cpu the license it has tied to ? If I configure only one KXS and purchased 4 iAS licenses, interm of performance ONE KXS with 4 cpu will i benefits. Please advice.

Hi,
I have a doubt if, the license is associated with the CPU by any
means. As far as my understanding goes, License is an identity to state
that a copy is owned and has license to use that particular version(4 CPU
or 1 CPU). As far as KXS, License and CPU is concerned, KXS is dependant
on CPU for execution and the product is dependant on the license to work.
