You didn't really ask a question.
But I will say that there is lots of troubleshooting advice in this forum for the condition you are experiencing. Most people seem to be able to resolve this problem once they get their network settings correct.
If you still encounter problems it would be better if you would post the details of what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
I'd also strongly suggest that you read ESR's article "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" ( http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html ), especially the sections on "Before You Ask", "When You Ask", and "Questions Not to Ask".
Hi,
I would be glad to know the following to answer your questions
comfortably...
- What are you trying to install, please be specific on the products
with their version including the O/S
- What is the error message that you are getting ?
- How did you come to a conclusion that the error is associated with
ldap server only.
Thanks & Regards
Raj
