iAS sp3 can't install on windows 2000 server?

I have download a testdrive copy of iAS 6 sp3 for Windows 2000. The installwent through properly and it says successful. When I look at the filedirectory, it's empty. Where does the files goes?Thanks.

Please make sure that you have a valid DNS suffix, static ip address.
