Hi,

This is iAS discussion forums, well, knowing a lit bit of Netdynamics,

I would recomed you to stick with NetD 4.x and Solaris 6 only for better

support.

Hi,

By all means upgrade from nd4 to 5 as the support for 4 has been EOL'ld since

quite some time.

Keep in mind that support for nd 5 is only untill spring next year somewhere.

You should be moving on to iAS.

For migration, you can use the JATO framework. Please contact SUN Sales for this

(the framework itself is free I believe)

As for ND4 on Solaris.... it should run without trouble on 8 or even 7, but you

will not be in a supported environment.

good luck
