Try the suggestions that Sri Thuraisamy lists in his post from July 20th
and see if that helps. His suggestions apply for Win2K, but most the
advice would apply to NT as well.

Hi Jesse,
Just check your domain name in the windows registry, sometimes it doesn't
update in the registry, i have faced this problem.
Procedure :
run regedit and click on the :
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
key,
you will see the Domain key value set to your domainname, otherwise enter the
domain name into this
key value, and than reboot the m/c.
And if still that doesn't install properly than i think it is iWS 6.0 which may
be creating problems.
Try installing the iAS-Sp3 with iWS Sp4.1.
