Cannot see anything on execution

I recently bought a new computer and installed JSDK 1.4.2 along with JCreator.

My files compile correctly, but when I execute them it only shows an empty window. The window is the correct size that I specified, but there is nothing but gray inside of it. The program works perfectly, I can click on buttons and combo boxes and my testing text shows up in the command console, but I have to do it blindly.

I've tried reinstalling JSDK multiple times, along with many different versions.

Oh, and I might mention that it works perfectly in Safe Mode!!

Please give me your opinions to what could be causing this problem.
