Java Version 1.4.1

I have been using 1.4.1 for some time now have experienced flaky behavior when running tomcat version 4.1.17. I have found many posts suggesting that 1.4.2 was much more stable and also noticed 1.4.1 has reached the Sun End Of LifeCycle status. I have not seen this happen to other java versions. Is something so bad that I should move to 1.4.2 ASAP.

The only thing I know is that 1.4.1 is SLOW (really slow) compared to 1.4.2I thought my computer was under attack when I ran tomcat under 1.4.1 accidentally... Luckily, I spotted the problem, and switched back to 1.4.2It really is worth the upgrade (imho)
