eclipse plugins

i'm trying to run the omondo uml plugin for eclipse but can't get it to work. can anyone give me a step-by-step account of how to install this plugin for eclipse
- quit eclipse- install (unzip) eclipseuml_xxx.zip in the main director yof your eclipse installation- start eclispe- confirm request dialog during startup to finish installation- possible restart eclipse (if requested)

just tried that and it doesn't ask me to do anything on startup and I still can't use the plugin
