Here is the question about the efficiency comparison of Channel Allocation Schemes for Digital Mobile Communication Networks:

For Fixed Uniform Channel Allocation, the average number of utilized channels in cell i is given by the following eqt:

E[n(i)]=summation (x*px)

where x=0,1,2...k with px is the steady state probability for cell i. This steady state prob is obtained by Erlang system M/M/k/K.

Any Expert know how to implement this eqt to calculate the number of utilized channels?
