Making Game Graphics

I am wondering if there are any good sites that have like databases of graphics that are free?Kinda like javaboutique.com except for graphics. I am looking for space ship graphics for a game im making.Thanks..

depends what gfx u need :)most games resource files can be extracted easily,and theres always printScreen/hyperDX :)are you looking for something in particular?

well, i was thinking for a 2d side view, so that the ship is facing left of right..but 2.5d iso would big okay too maybe..

Side-view? Go find Darius Twin ROMs for the Super Nintendo. I think Konami made it. (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, start...) I wasted quite a bit of time on that one. :-) RType is another good one.

MS's clipart :)The web page as a load of art work, thou. not many space ships, I only found two which looked good for my really really bad J2ME-space shooter.

i am not an artist.. so it is kinda hard.. i have no artistic creative skill. you think id ask this kind of question if i could just draw a ship?
