Demo Effects

Let's see your effects people, you can't ALL be making just games.

Besides effects are very important in a game.

Maybe this effect won't blend in any game (at least easily)

It seems to be a bit slow as an applet version, it's nicer to look at as a standalone. Also, the microsoft jvm apparently phucks up the text so use the plug-in for proper viewing.

impressive, although the applet flickers (I used NetScape 7.0 with Sun's jre 1.4.0 to view it)

I experienced that at first too, right after I had made the effect and I viewed the applet on the webpage. It was choking like hell and I thought "F****** s**t, can't Java do anything fast?". Luckily it was only windows who had decided to give iexplore.exe all the memory it felt like.
