Distributing JRE with Java Swing Game

I am developing some game using java swing. With the games Ineed to ship JRE because each user does not have JRE..So is there any other solution.

Java Web Start will upgrade the JRE, but (as its a Java based app) will not install it :(US$ or Duke$, if the latter, I'm sure someone has ;)
