Hi,I am trying to run a simple program which should detect incoming call. but prgram is trhought following exception'default provider can not be instentiated'looking forward for ur responsezia
I want to make an application which receives telephone calls comming on my phone line connected to my modem and an application which can recognize the touch tones,can anyone help me ?please

I think u should use an implementation given by a some vendor for this ... https://sourceforge.net/ they give an implementation aswell
