The lists for "Direct known subclasses", "All implemented interfaces",
"All known implementing classes", "Enclosing interfaces", "Enclosing
classes", etc. are all automatically generated. There is no way to
turn them on or off. If any such classes or interfaces exist,
they should show up with the proper heading.
If you aren't seeing them when you think you should, please let us
know here -- it could be a bug.
