JRE FOR J2SDK1.3.1_02

HELLO,

This is for technical personnel. When I able to update Path and Classpath variable and also check it in MS-Dos mode. Next time when I open my computer it is only displaying MS-DOS mode only with an error difficulty opening WIN.COM

I am writing this message from my friend's computer. I think this version and specially JRE has some error.
