Can I develop a smart card application in handheld device
Can I develop a smart card application, to perform Static Data Authentication (SDA) and Dynamic Data Authentication (DDA) , which runs in a hand held device. The hand held device is having Windows CE 2.11 as operating system.
1. For this which Application Development Environment should I use ? Is PersonalJava 3.0.2 Development environment is enough ?
2. Which smart card reader driver should I choose ?
3. Which smart card API should I use to send commands and to retrieve data from the card ?

Ask "omnikey" for supplying the necessary stuff (driver etc.).
They have good products and real support.
Go to www.omnikey.de for getting in touch with them.
The PCSC protocol drivers should be good. Siemens' web pads use CE 2.11, too and they are equipped with a PCMCIA SC reader.

Have you come accross, anyone developed a PersonalJava application for handheld device with win CE as OS.
