kvm.prc and kvmutil.prc

hi,

i'm attempting to start java development on the palm. i've been looking around for KVM.prc, but can't seem to find it anywhere. from what i've read you're supposed to download the cldc and then build it, but i get an error that it can't find -lICE if i actually get this thing to build will the KVM.prc show? somehow i doubt it :(

the file i downloaded and tried to build was

j2me_cldc-1_0_3-fcs-src-b17-winunix-14_sep_2001.zip
