OTA Error authenticating the application suite

This problem could be caused by mismatched MIDlet- attributes in the jar manifest.mf file and the application descriptor JAD .jad file i.e. similar attributes in the manifest .mf file must be have the same value as the identical attribute found in the JAD file.
