2D barcharts

I know this question has been asked 100 + n times here, but none of the answers did help me.

I need to draw a horizontal 2D barchart into a JPanel in an application. Since I don't have a clue how to do this, I'm asking if someone could help me with a piece of code or information how to do it. I'm in a hurry with this, so pls help. =)
