Hi,

have a look at

http://www.objects.com.au/products/josi

or

http://www.gnome.sk

Have fun,

Klaus

Btw:

Is it really easier to post a question than to put Twain

into one or two Forums and press the search button?

Cause this is what I did.

;-)

You can use the Java Twain Package from http://www.gnome.sk and connect to a twain scanner or camera directly from java

He does....

He used to post as "Jackwind".... shamelessly advertising, but providing absolutely no contribution to the forum.

"Erika" done the same, but did actually read the questions, and did start to contribute to the forum.

He even recommended his document scanner product ( at least $298.00 per developer ) for network port scanning...... the idiot doesn't even read the questions.

Commercial advertising is an abuse of the forum.

I donwloaded the source code from this article and it worked with my webcam http://today.java.net/pub/a/today/2004/11/18/twain.htmlThe author calls his program "JTwain" by coincidence.
