Oracle8.1.6 JDBC Driver for HPUX

Hi I am looking for a jdbc driver for oracle for HPUX either type 2 or type 4 or both.I heard that Type 4 is platform independent does it mean I can go to www.oracle.com and download the Type 4 Oracle driver for Solaris?Please help
If you choose to use type 4 JDBC drivers you can safely download the one for Solaris. Because Oracle JDBC drivers are downwards compatible you should also get the latest JDBC driver available (9.0.1).--mikko
