SELECT list and TEXTAREA in JSP

Hello,

Im trying to solve a problem in a JSP. Ive got a SELECT list, the values of which are built up dynamically. when the user selects and option, i want the value of that selection to appear in a TEXTAREA, at which time the user can then add a suffix onto the value populated in the TEXTAREA. Also, i want the user to be able to select additonal values from the list and have them populate the TEXTAREA, but on the next new line below the previous entry. im new to javascript and am looking for a quick solution anyone ahve any sample code i coud use as a model?
