tomcat not configuring

wel despite my efforts to configure i have not been able to do soi have set the JAVA_HOME variablebut still there is some "out of environment " errorand the server starts and shuts downwhat shall i do
psttt...if only you had read the lisence agreement completely...and the
README and the FAQ and searched this forum.....:-(
1. you need to define another variable called TOMCAT_HOME properly, if you have not already...
2. For the out of ENV error, open a DOS window and click the right mouse
button in the title bar to open the "properties".
Goto the "momory" tab and select a high number like "4056" where
it says "Auto" for the dynamic memory or something (forgot what it is)
anyways, its the drop down box on the top right corner....
