Unable to view javax.sql.*

can someone explain what i may have done wrong

i'm unable to view javax.sql.*,

i have downloaded the jdbc driver jdbc2_0_1-stdext.jar into <dir>:\jdk1.3.1\lib and included this file into the classpath...

i someone could give me futher direction would be extremely helpful...
