automatic restart of tomcat ?

hoi all...anyone has a solution how to automaticly restart the tomcat-server (startup.bat= on a Win2000-machine ?(sorry, the server is not my idea ;)
Under what circumstances do you need to restart it?

well... everytiume it crashes...from time to time it just crashes and i would like to get it automaticly stzarte again, nothing special...
