Windows XP console?

Does Windows XP support a scrollable console like Windows NT or is it like Windows 98?

If you are talking about the command prompt, then they all support scrollable windows. You have to explicitly set it in the properties for that window. Make sure that you do this for the shortcut that created your window (not just the current window). To set the property, right click on the menu bar and select properties. Select the layout tab, and change the screen buffer size height.
