help on choice

As we all know that by using choice we can select any one of them. So I have ten items added to choice and

1. I want to select any one of them,not by mouse but by keyboard and they are in alphebetical order and

2. by using mouse only 5 items have to be shown with scroll bar.

As we see in web pages

Pls can any one provide me the source for this

I need it desperately
