Recognize different MIMEtypes?

Hi!

I have a problem with MIMEtypes.

If one have a MSWord document and changes the extension from word.doc to word.jpg. Is there a anyone who know how to recognize the "true" MIME type. It is a word document but MIMEBasicPart.getContentSubType() don't recognize the word document.
